Comfortable and Accessible Venue: The Light Centre Monument is a ground floor air-conditioned and accessible venue, with a single-stall gender-neutral toilet on the ground floor (same floor as the studio). Please let me know ASAP if you have any specific accessibility queries.

Seating Arrangements: Choose your preferred seating – yoga mat, bolster, pillow, blanket, blocks on the floor, or a normal chair (chairs are placed towards the back of the room for optimal visibility).
